Our Story
N Dlamini and Associates Incorporated is a law firm that has its main branch in Richards Bay and secondary offices in Pietermaritzburg and Durban.
Founded by Nonkululeko Dlamini, a young black woman from Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal, with the aim to give members of the public within the province and the community she serves with legal authority over their legal needs/matters by awakening their freedom and confidence in the law.
Even though we are rooted in KwaZulu-Natal, we assist and aid those in other provinces throughout South Africa with their legal matters.
We aim to be the key stone to maintaining a peace of mind, freedom and keeping the legacy of our clients alive.

Nonkululeko is a dedicated Legal Practitioner (Attorney) and Conveyancer, serving as the director of N Dlamini and Associates Inc. With 7 years’ experience in the legal profession, she provides sharp legal insight with a client-focused approach. Outside the office, she enjoys the outdoors, traveling and spending time with the family. Driven by integrity and excellence, she continues to shape N Dlamini and Associates Inc into a firm recognized for its reliability, innovation, and unwavering commitment to client’s success.
Zamagwala Nontobeko Gwala
Legal Practitioner (Attorney)

Nontobeko is an admitted Legal Practitioner (Attorney) of the High Court of South Africa. She practises in a wide variety of law including general Civil Litigation, Wills & Estates and Trusts, Personal Injury Claims, and Family law. If she’s reading law reports, judgements, or legal articles, she enjoys reading non-fiction books and spending time with loved ones. At her core she is committed to providing clients with constructive, effective and reliable legal services.
